Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
By purchasing from our store, you fully agree to this policy.
1. Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed and prepared within 3–7 business days from the payment date.
- Shipping is carried out through trusted courier companies, and a tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination (may be longer due to customs or exceptional circumstances).
- We are not responsible for any delay that occurs after the package is handed over to the shipping company.
- The customer must ensure the address is 100% accurate. Any error in the address is the customer’s responsibility.
- The shipping company’s Delivery Confirmation is considered full proof that the order has been delivered.
2. Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving the order to request a return or refund.
The item must be:
- In its original condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging and labels).
- In its original commercial condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective from our side).
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases where the error is from our side).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Hygiene or personal items (underwear, perfumes, creams, masks, etc.).
- Used or damaged items caused by misuse.
- Orders that have exceeded 14 days from the delivery date.
- Any item purchased during final sales or clearance.
4. In Case of a Dispute (Dispute / Chargeback)
- The customer must contact customer support first via email or WhatsApp before opening any dispute.
- Any dispute opened without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be considered a violation of the policy, and we will defend it using all available documentation (shipping proof + delivery proof + customer’s agreement to the policy).
- We reserve the right to present all evidence to Stripe (including a screenshot of the customer agreeing to the policy on the checkout page, tracking number, etc.).
